I like how I physically look, but as of late, I've decided to try and improve upon it through fitness. Plus, getting healthier would be a great bonus.
I'm still at the very beginning of this journey. Currently, I'm trying to lose fat by cutting down on the number of unhealthy snacks I eat, and strenghtening my heart, lungs and general stamina through cardio. Eventually, I want to alternate this with weight training/bulking.
Two long term goals of mine would be being able to run 5k without stopping (and maybe achieving a similar goal on the bike?) and getting far enough physically to hit the famous point of dimishing returns. Basically, to get all the non-dimishing progress "available".
