There's plenty. Currently the only "major" one left is LARP – especially if I could play an NPC. Maybe one day trying Airsoft and Laser Tag, learning all the classic ancient board games (despite me not really being a board game person) and how to shuffle cards in a cool way, but these are still far off.
Interesting things already off the list include speedrunning – as such, I'm currently the 15th fastest runner of of an obscure Polish platforming spin-off game :) – trying out Japanese cuisine – which I've since found sadly usually isn't my cup of tea – and going to a con for the first time, which became an entire new hobby.
